We are equipped to carry out a wide range of electrical tasks from general repair and maintenance of domestic and commercial installations, through to full design and installation and we are a building standard approved certifier.

An important aspect of our electrical division, as qualified NICEIC and SELECT contractors, is carrying out ‘periodic inspections’ for health and safety compliance as required by insurance companies and council “HMO Licence” applications for rental properties.

As qualified contractors we are also able to carry out certification for “building warrant” applications.

All electrical work is carried out to BS7671: 1992 Wiring Regulations (16th Edition IEE Regulations).

Another area, which we are also active in, is working with several manufacturers as agents to attend repairs under the terms of their warranties.
